C.P. Carlson began his building career working with a prestigious builder in North Falmouth (Cape Cod) Massachusetts, learning the art of fine homebuilding. Ten years later he moved his family to Waldport, Oregon and C.P. Carlson Builders, Inc. was established.
The company name became synonymous with integrity, craftsmanship, custom design & quality building on the Central Oregon Coast. These qualities remain a cornerstone of our building business.
Son, Chris Carlson, is carrying on the tradition, as a highly skilled Oregon Certified Master Builder and the business owner. The company employs professional craftsmen who share in the company's commitment to excellence.
